BBCA Summer Camp General Rules
· Lunch & 2 snacks are required. Microwavables are acceptable. Lunch and snack items also available for purchase in our snack room. Please be sure to label all microwavables in the event of a mix up. · Please provide proper utensils. · Please be sure to dress your child appropriately for each activity and please label clothing. · Bowling - tennis shoes / Skating - personal skates ( optional ) & socks . Child allowed to change into shorts later / Swimming - Come to school in bathing suit with clothes on top. Upon returning child will change into regular outfit. Please be sure to include under garments to change into , a Towel to dry off at the pool and a bag for clothing. Items left at the pool may not be recovered , please remind your child to collect all items. · Children are allowed to bring toys and games from home. BBCA can not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Please be sure every game, toy, etc is labeled well with child’s name. For safety reasons children are allowed to give items to a staff member to hold at the front desk. Otherwise, they are kept in each cubby hole. If your child brings home an unfamiliar item please bring it back to school ASAP. We do not allow trading of ANY items. Blankets & Pillows are allowed & when they rest. · Parent will be responsible for any damages caused purposely by a child to school property. Please talk with your child about this. · All activity fee’s must be paid in cash the morning of the activity. Children not allowed to attend activity if payment is not made. Please try to have exact change as much as possible. · All fee’s to be paid must be labeled in the event that we are busy. Receipts will only be issued in the afternoon during pickup. You can pick them up on the table in the Lobby area. Receipts will only be issued to those who request one in their payment instructions. Payments can be dropped off in the white payment box in the lobby. Receipts for the entire summer of fee’s paid is available at the end of the summer upon request. · Children picked up after 5:30 pm will be subject to late fee’s. $1.00 per minute. No exceptions · Children are required to bring water bottles when we go outside. Children are limited to the amount of time they can come in and out of the building. It would be best if they had a water bottle filled with water for the hot days. · Please be sure your paper work with important numbers is always updated in the event of an emergency. · Please take note of the dates we are closed for the 4th of July holiday. Tuition for this week remains the same. · BBCA is always open to new ideas. Please always feel free to share with us any concerns or ideas. · We accept donations of many kinds - blankets, toys, area rugs, tv, vcr, dvd, computers, etc. Please contact us if you are wanting to throw away items that we may be able to use. |
